Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility:
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging with tags.
- Must include proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or personalized jewelry
- Earrings, unless defective (for hygiene reasons)
Return Process:
1. Email us at support@macjewelry.com with your order number.
2. We’ll send return instructions.
3. Pack and ship the item to the provided return address.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees (unless the item is damaged or incorrect).
- Original customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.

After inspecting your return, we will:
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method, or
- Provide store credit or an exchange, as per your preference.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the return.

Warranty

All items include a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Excludes damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear.
For claims, email warranty@macjewelry.com with photos and order details.
Return shipping for international warranty claims is customer’s responsibility (unless item is faulty).
