MacJewelry is an international jewelry brand specializing in handcrafted, custom-made pieces. We operate from India and ship globally. All prices, services, and transactions are subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older, or the legal age of majority in your country, to purchase from us. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Product Descriptions

We strive to describe our products as accurately as possible. However:

·       Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual product details may vary slightly.

·       Availability is not guaranteed and may change without notice.

4. Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in [Default Currency, e.g., USD/INR], and do not include customs duties, VAT, or other international import charges unless stated.
Currency conversion for international customers is based on the rate provided by your payment provider at checkout.

7. Returns & Exchanges (Global)

Our return and exchange policy is designed for international customers:

·       Return window: 14 days from delivery date.

·       Items must be in original condition (unworn, unused, with tags and packaging).

·       Custom, engraved, or made-to-order jewelry and earrings are non-returnable unless defective.

·       Customers are responsible for international return shipping and reclaiming any customs fees.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After production begins, especially for custom-made pieces, cancellation or refund may not be possible.

9. Intellectual Property

All content—including logos, images, product names, and designs—are the intellectual property of MacJewelry. Use of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

MacJewelry is not responsible for:

·       Delays due to customs clearance or carrier issues

·       Misuse or mishandling of jewelry after delivery

·       Loss or theft after delivery confirmation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase amount paid for the item in question.

11. Warranty (If Applicable)

Select pieces may include a limited international warranty.

·       Covers manufacturing defects only, not regular wear and tear.

·       Warranty duration: 6 months from date of purchase.

·       Customers are responsible for shipping items back to MacJewelry for evaluation.
